Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. at Multi Medical Center in Towson, MD is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator RN to join our team. The role requires monitoring and guiding timely resident assessments and supervising MDS input, with state transmission and validation responsibilities.

The ideal candidate holds an active Maryland RN license, has long-term care experience, and strong knowledge of Case-Mix, Medicare PPS, and Medicaid reimbursement. This is a full-time day shift role with Monday-Friday work.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and guide the completion of resident assessments in a timely manner.
• Involvement and supervision of inputting MDS assessments.
• Transmit MDS assessments to the state and obtain receipt of validation.
• Schedule and facilitate care plan conferences on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator.
