The role collaborates with clinical and finance teams, stays current with RAI regulations, and supports high-quality outcomes through precise coding and care planning.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license or valid Compact State RN license.
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and case management reimbursement.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) as an MDS Nurse preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to RAI and reimbursement.
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills.
