You will ensure MDS accuracy, coordinate assessments with the interdisciplinary team, and support care planning and liaison with payers. The ideal candidate holds an RN license, at least two years of MDS experience in long-term care, and CPR certification.

Qualifikationen

• Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of two years' experience with MDS in a long-term care setting.
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR.

• Ensure accurate completion of the MDS and oversee care planning process.
