Responsibilities include serving as liaison between the community, payer, and corporate office, coordinating restorative nursing goals, and educating staff on their implementation. RN license required with MDS experience.

Qualifikationen

• MDS experience in a long-term care setting
• Current CPR certification or eligibility
• RN license in good standing
