Qualifications

• Current licensure in the state of Florida as a Registered Nurse.
• Long-term care experience and working knowledge of the RAI process preferred.
• Knowledge of RAI/PPS process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RAI/PPS scheduling and proper coding for new admissions and PPS assessments.
• Complete the MDS and Care Area Assessment within required time frames.
• Collaborate with IDT members for clinical information as needed.
• Audit and update MDS sections and care plans per policy.
