Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN/RN professional to lead nursing services in a California facility. The role oversees patient assessments, care plan coordination, nursing service operations, and regulatory compliance.

Candidates must hold a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program, maintain a current license, and have CPR certification. PCC experience is a plus; on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current, unencumbered active license to practice nursing in the state.
• CPR certification required; PCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services and the day-to-day operations of the unit.
• Supervise nursing staff, including licensed nurses and CNAs; ensure compliance with policies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor care plans and discharge planning.
• Participate in quality assurance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
