Job summary

PACS is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to administer nursing services, supervise CNAs, and ensure regulatory compliance within the facility. You will lead the nursing team, coordinate care plans, and participate in quality assurance activities.

The role requires solid leadership and communication skills to maintain high standards of patient care. Ideal candidates hold a Nursing Degree with an active license and have experience in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university and an active license.
• Experience in a nursing facility leadership role preferred.
• Strong English communication and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to nursing staff on the unit/shift.
• Review and update the Nursing Service Procedures Manual as required.
• Participate in facility surveys and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Plan and coordinate nursing services with resident care plans and discharge plans.
• Oversee training and development of CNAs and nursing aides.
