Job summary

PACS Group is seeking an experienced LPN/RN supervisor to lead the nursing service team in a long-term care setting. You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality care, and coordinate patient care plans with physicians and interdisciplinary staff.

Responsibilities include staff leadership, chart accuracy, regulatory compliance, and participation in quality assurance activities. Must hold an active nursing license and CPR certification, with PCC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.
• Must remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing service department operations and staff performance.
• Coordinate care plans and ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Lead shift staffing, schedule administration, and orientation of CNAs and staff.
• Review and update nursing policies, procedures, and discharge planning.
• Ensure accurate charting, reporting, and adherence to clinical documentation standards.
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and compliance with regulatory surveys.
