Job summary

Ecumen is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Manager (RN) for our Assisted Living/Memory Care community in Minnesota. You will assist the Clinical Director in nursing operations, supervise staff, coordinate resident care, and ensure care delivery meets regulatory standards while addressing residents' needs.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing and active RN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow safety rules, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nursing policies and regulations are followed.
• Coordinate and direct resident care from admission to discharge.
• Complete assessments, document findings, and act on them.
• Administer medications and monitor residents' conditions.
• Train and coach staff; conduct performance appraisals and corrective actions.
• Maintain safety for residents and staff; enforce infection control policies.
• Document care information per nursing practice and facility policy.
• Assist in new team member orientation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
