Job summary

Ecumen in Saint Cloud, Minnesota, is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to support our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. The role covers 32 hours over two weeks with a 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. schedule and an every-other-weekend rotation.

The RN will ensure health and safety needs are met, maintain accurate medical records and care plans, manage medication administration, supervise nursing staff, and help with staff training while complying with applicable state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse license in Minnesota.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to follow safety policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessment of new residents and establish service agreements.
• Maintain medical records, ensure up-to-date care plans and timely assessments.
• Ensure physician orders are signed and implemented within 24 hours.
• Oversee medication administration and related equipment, coordinate with doctors.
• Provide health and medication training to staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
