Job summary

Ecumen in Minnesota seeks a part-time Registered Nurse to support our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. The role covers 32 hours over a two-week period with 10am–6:30pm shifts and an every-other-weekend rotation.

The RN will ensure health and safety standards, maintain accurate records, monitor medications, and collaborate with the care team to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in a non-profit senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing and RN licensure.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and resident rights.
• Experience with senior care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial resident assessments and moves in service agreements.
• Maintains medical records, ensures timely assessments and care plans.
• Ensures physician orders are signed and implemented within 24 hours.
• Monitors medication administration and equipment; follows up with physicians.
• Provides health and medication training to staff; ensures regulatory training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
