Job summary

Ecumen in Minnesota seeks a Full-time Nurse Manager, RN to support the Clinical Director in managing the nursing department within a Housing with Services community. You will supervise staff, coordinate care from admission to discharge, and ensure compliance with all regulations while delivering high-quality resident care.

The role requires an active RN license in the state, an associate degree in nursing, and at least two years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• Two years of nursing experience.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures including HIPAA, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nursing policies and regulatory compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Coordinate and direct all resident care from admission to discharge.
• Complete assessments, document findings, delegate data collection within scope of practice.
• Administer medications and monitor residents' conditions.
• Train and educate team members; direct work, perform performance appraisals, and address corrective actions.
• Maintain resident and staff safety; enforce infection control policies.
• Document care information as required by nursing practice and facility policy.
• Assist in new team member orientation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
