Job summary

American Surgical Group is seeking a Pre Post RN Manager in Bloomfield Hills, MI to oversee nursing operations in pre-operative and PACU areas. You will supervise staff, coordinate assessments, monitor recovery, and support physicians while implementing clinical protocols.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, lead quality improvement initiatives, and foster a patient-centered, collaborative team environment in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Michigan.
• BSN preferred.
• Experience in pre-op, PACU, or perioperative nursing.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with post-anesthesia monitoring and pain management.
• Knowledge of ambulatory surgery center operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and documentation standards.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; perioperative certifications beneficial.
• Previous management or charge nurse experience in an ASC or hospital setting preferred.
