• Daily operations & scheduling: manage daily surgical room assignments, streamline workflows, and optimize turnaround times.
• Financial & budget oversight: oversee budget performance, manage resources, and direct supply chain purchasing for surgical inventory.
• Quality, compliance & safety: ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, AORN standards, and sterile processing.
