Qualifications

• Education: BSN required; Master's preferred for leadership roles.
• Experience: 4+ years nursing in a medical center; 2+ years leadership/supervision.
• OR nursing experience with perioperative oversight.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Operating Room, PACU, Ambulatory Surgery and pain procedures.
• Supervise patient care across preop, intraop, and postop phases.
• Participate on Nursing Management and Safety committees and other applicable bodies.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory standards, and quality metrics.
• Manage schedules, staff development, and performance improvement activities.
