Dept Behavioral Health/Develop is seeking an RN Manager I / RNC to lead nursing services at Eastern State Hospital in Virginia. The role requires supervising Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and unlicensed staff to ensure continuous, high-quality care around the clock for individuals with complex mental and physical illnesses.
The candidate must hold a Virginia RN license (or be eligible) and have prior leadership experience, preferably in a psychiatric setting.
Competenze
- Current Virginia license to practice as a Registered Nurse or license eligible; multi-state compact endorsement accepted.
- Prior leadership experience required.
Mansioni
- Provides comprehensive person-centered nursing care to individuals with complex mental and physical illnesses under the supervision of ACNO.
- Manages licensing and quality of nursing care across 24/7 operations.
- Supervises RNs, LPNs, and unlicensed program staff to maintain continuity of care.
