Saint Elizabeth Community in Providence, RI seeks an RN Manager for Assisted Living. This leadership role blends hands-on nursing with administrative duties, including staffing, care plans, and evaluations with the Director of Resident Care.

You will supervise clinical operations at a 69-apartment community, participate in medication administration, rounds, and on-call rotation; PSLF-eligible through the nonprofit organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical operations at Saint Elizabeth Assisted Living, a 69-apartment community.

• Develop and evaluate service plans, and perform clinical decision-making with the Director of Resident Care when a resident’s status changes.
• Participate in the 24-hour on-call rotation as noted.

A nursing leadership role without leaving hands-on care behind: manage clinical operations at Saint Elizabeth Assisted Living, a 69-apartment community in a restored turn-of-the-century Providence building (free on-site parking). The work blends both worlds: medication administration, rounds, assessments, and non-sterile treatments alongside real management responsibility: staff scheduling, delegation, service plans, evaluations with the Director of Resident Care, and being the clinical decision-maker when a resident’s status changes.
