Job summary

Saint Elizabeth Assisted Living in Providence, RI is seeking an experienced RN Manager for Assisted Living to lead resident care and nursing staff in a 69-apartment community.

This full-time daytime role involves overseeing care plans, medication administration, staff scheduling, and regulatory compliance, in collaboration with the Director of Resident Care to ensure high-quality, compassionate service. Qualifications

• Must be able to interact effectively with residents, families, staff and physicians.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• State of Rhode Island Registered Nurse license.
• Certificates permitting administration of medications as required by the State.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism with residents, family members and staff.
• Make accurate decisions and respond to changes in residents' status.
• Carry out requests from Director of Resident Care and/or Administrator.
• Keep informed of resident status and related matters.
