Job summary

Saint Elizabeth Community in Providence, RI seeks an RN Manager for Assisted Living. This leadership role blends hands-on nursing with administrative duties, including staffing, care plans, and evaluations with the Director of Resident Care.

You will supervise clinical operations at a 69-apartment community, participate in medication administration, rounds, and on-call rotation; PSLF-eligible through the nonprofit organization.

Qualifications

• Active RI RN license
• Accredited nursing school graduate
• State medication-administration certification
• Comfort with both direct care and staff leadership

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical operations at Saint Elizabeth Assisted Living, a 69-apartment community.
• Oversee medication administration, rounds, assessments and non-sterile treatments while handling staff scheduling and delegation.
• Develop and evaluate service plans, and perform clinical decision-making with the Director of Resident Care when a resident’s status changes.
• Participate in the 24-hour on-call rotation as noted.
