Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse - LVN or RN to lead quality care and support resident well-being in our Texas facility. You will oversee nursing staff, administer medications, execute care plans, and ensure compliance with policies and physician orders.

The ideal candidate is in good standing as RN or LVN, demonstrates strong clinical, assessment, and documentation skills, and communicates effectively to coordinate care and respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN in good standing
• Excellent clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Strong communication and workflow organization
• Responds efficiently to emergencies and maintains attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Direct care teams: guide Nurse Aides to ensure resident care
• Administer medications safely per orders
• Execute care plans per policies and physician orders
• Deliver treatments to maintain resident health and comfort
• Transcribe physician orders accurately and promptly
• Document resident care and complete nursing assessments
• Participate in shift reports for continuity of care
• Educate support staff on nursing policies and procedures
• Maintain safety standards and infection control practices
• Address staffing needs and arrange replacements as needed
