Qualifications

• Strong technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to organize workflows.
• Swift emergency response and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct care teams and supervise nurse aides for resident care.
• Administer resident medications safely and as prescribed.
• Implement and monitor resident care plans per policies.
• Perform treatments to maintain health and comfort.
• Transcribe physician orders accurately and promptly.
• Document resident care and complete nursing assessments.
• Collaborate on shift reports to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate staff on nursing policies and resident needs.
• Maintain safety standards and infection control practices.
• Address staffing shortages by arranging replacements.
