• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing.
• Ability to guide Nurse Aides and coordinate care.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with solid documentation abilities.

• Direct Care Teams: supervise Nurse Aides to ensure resident care.
• Administer Medications as prescribed.
• Implement Care Plans per policies and physician orders.
• Deliver Treatments to maintain resident health and comfort.
• Transcribe Orders accurately and promptly.
• Document Resident Care and nursing assessments.
• Participate in shift reports for continuity of care.
• Educate staff on nursing policies and resident needs.
• Maintain infection control and body mechanics standards.
• Respond to staffing shortages by arranging replacements.
