The ideal candidate demonstrates strong nursing skills, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to emergencies while maintaining safety and compliance. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to organize workflows.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct Care Teams: guide Nurse Aides to ensure resident care.
• Administer Medications safely as prescribed.
• Implement Care Plans per policies and physician orders.
• Perform Treatments to support resident health.
• Transcribe Orders accurately and promptly.
• Document Resident Care and complete nursing assessments.
• Collaborate in shift reports for continuity of care.
• Educate Staff on nursing policies and resident needs.
• Maintain Safety Standards with infection control procedures.
• Address Staffing Needs by arranging replacements.
