Responsibilities

• Direct Care Teams: guide Nurse Aides to ensure resident care.
• Administer Medications: safely dispense prescribed meds.
• Implement Care Plans: follow care plans per policies and orders.
• Perform Treatments: deliver required resident treatments.
• Transcribe Orders: accurately transcribe physician orders.
• Document Resident Care: maintain timely, accurate charts and assessments.
• Collaborate During Shift Reports: ensure seamless communication.
• Educate Support Staff: train on nursing policies and resident needs.
• Maintain Safety Standards: adhere to infection control and body mechanics.
