Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an RN for a 13-week assignment in a LTC/SNF unit. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of RN experience, state licensure, and BLS certification. Dementia training is mandatory before start.

Shifts are 12 hours, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with RN coverage on each unit and CNAs assisting during the day and night. MEDITECH is the EHR system used. Travel-friendly arrangement welcomed for first-time travelers; holidays and weekends included in the schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide RN coverage on unit during the day and night shifts.

Description:Unit has 40 beds divided into two sections.Certification as CNA, LPN, or RN is required.There will be one RN on each unit during the day shift and one RN for both units during the night shift.During the day/evening shifts, there are up to three CNAs on each unit.During the night shift, there is one CNA in one unit and two CNAs in the memory care unit.Physicians round daily, with 4-5 private practice physicians onsite.Shifts for RNs and LPNs are from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.CNAs have various shifts including 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, 2:15 PM to 10:45 PM, and 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.CNA will be required to work every other weekend, with possible additional weekends.Holidays are included in the schedule.Flexible assignments may occur during shifts.Building a positive culture of teamwork is a current focus.All staff may be mandated to work in certain circumstances.First-time travelers are welcome.The electronic medical record system used is MEDITECH.
