Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an RN for a 13-week assignment in a LTC/SNF unit. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of RN experience, state licensure, and BLS certification. Dementia training is mandatory before start.

Shifts are 12 hours, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with RN coverage on each unit and CNAs assisting during the day and night. MEDITECH is the EHR system used. Travel-friendly arrangement welcomed for first-time travelers; holidays and weekends included in the schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in LTC/SNF.
• BLS certification required.
• Dementia training required prior to start.
• Certification as CNA, LPN, or RN is required.
• State licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN coverage on unit during the day and night shifts.
• Coordinate with CNAs and physicians during rounds.
• Document patient care and rounds in MEDITECH EMR.
