Description:Unit consists of two sections with a total of 40 beds.One unit has 20 beds for general care.The other unit is designated for memory care.RN/LPN to patient ratios for days will have one on each section.During nights, there will be one RN/LPN for both sections.CNA staffing includes up to three on each unit during day and evening shifts.Night shift staffing consists of one CNA in the general care section and two CNAs in the memory care section.Charting system used is MEDITECH.Teamwork is emphasized; candidates should be able to contribute positively to the team culture.Flexibility is required, as assignments may change during shifts.Weekend work is typically required every other weekend.Holiday shifts will also be required.There is no specified floating or floor orientation for this position.First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
