Job summary

The Avante Group is seeking an RN/LPN Unit Manager to supervise daily nursing activities in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. You will ensure quality care in compliance with applicable standards and regulations, while leading a dedicated nursing staff.

Qualified candidates hold a nursing degree, RN or LPN licensure, CPR certification, and have 1 year supervisory experience, with strong English communication abilities and teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or related health care facility.
• Must maintain CPR certification.
• Must be licensed as RN or LPN in the applicable state.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during assigned tour.
• Ensure care meets federal, state, local standards and facility guidelines.
• Lead and participate in interdisciplinary team for quality care.
