Job summary
Avante Mt Dora Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to join as Unit Manager. You will supervise daily nursing activities during your shift, ensuring compliance with federal and state standards and maintaining high-quality resident care.

Qualifications
- Must be licensed as LPN or RN in good standing and comply with licensure requirements.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Ability to read and write legibly.
- Must speak and understand English.
- Must supervise and instruct others.
- Prior supervisory experience or training as required by state law.
- Must maintain CPR certification.
- Positive attitude toward the elderly.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during tour of duty.
- Ensure care meets current federal, state, and local standards.
- Coordinate with Director of Nursing to maintain quality of care.
