Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company in Brockton, MA is seeking an RN Charge Nurse - Supervisor to lead our nursing team in a fast-paced care setting. The ideal candidate demonstrates empathy, maintains patient dignity, and can adapt to high-stress situations while ensuring quality care.

You will oversee nursing staff including CNAs, participate in audits, staff training, and medication supervision, while upholding safety standards and collaborating with the DON and leadership to support residents

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) per requirements.
• Experience supervising nursing staff is preferred.
• Ability to manage high-stress situations while maintaining quality care.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• The Charge Nurse is a Registered Nurse (RN) who has superior nursing knowledge. This position requires a strong unique person who is able to adapt at a moment’s notice to any situation including those of high stress. The RN that holds this position must have the ability to be positive in all things with the ability to manage our behavioral unit successfully.
