Job summary

Westford is seeking an RN Charge Nurse - Supervisor to lead our care team on-site. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership, supervise CNAs and other staff, and ensure high standards of care.

Responsibilities include supervising medication passes, conducting assessments, and training staff under the direction of the DON. A compassionate, patient-centered approach is essential to promote safety and dignity for our residents.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required and current,
• Ability to supervise CNA/CMT staff and hall monitors,
• Comfort working in a high-stress environment and adapting quickly.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• The Charge Nurse is a Registered Nurse (RN) who has superior nursing knowledge. This position requires a strong unique person who is able to adapt at a moment’s notice to any situation including those of high stress. The RN that holds this position must have the ability to be positive in all things with the ability to manage our behavioral unit successfully.


• Supervise and support nursing staff including CNAs, CMTs, and Hall Monitors.
