Reliant Care Management Company is seeking an RN Charge Nurse - Supervisor to lead our clinical team in a demanding long-term care environment. The ideal candidate will supervise nursing staff, ensure safety and dignity for residents, and uphold high standards of care.

The role requires active RN licensure in Massachusetts, strong leadership, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing scenarios while maintaining quality patient care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required and active in MA.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in a long-term care setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to manage high-stress situations.

• Supervise and support nursing staff including CNAs, CMTs, and Hall Monitors.
• Conduct audits, assessments, and monitor compliance with care standards.
• Assist with staff training and orientation under DON guidance.
• Oversee medication passes and supervise CMTs during administration.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• The Charge Nurse is a Registered Nurse (RN) who has superior nursing knowledge. This position requires a strong unique person who is able to adapt at a moment’s notice to any situation including those of high stress. The RN that holds this position must have the ability to be positive in all things with the ability to manage our behavioral unit successfully.


• Supervise and support nursing staff including CNAs, CMTs, and Hall Monitors.


• Conduct audits, assessments, and monitor compliance with care standards.


• Assist with staff training and orientation under DON guidance.

• Ensure resident safety and dignity while promoting quality care.
