Job summary

Guardian center in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated RN Charge Nurse - Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure compassionate, high‑quality resident care. This role demands strong clinical expertise, resilience under pressure, and a commitment to dignity and safety for every resident.

You will supervise CNAs, CMTs, and hall monitors, conduct audits, assist with staff training, and oversee medication passes under the DON. A current Registered Nurse license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice.
• Experience supervising CNAs, CMTs, and hall monitors.
• Ability to manage a behavioral unit under high stress.
