Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company is seeking an RN Charge Nurse – Supervisor to lead clinical operations and support staff in our care facility. The role emphasizes high-quality nursing care, effective supervision, and adherence to care standards in a demanding environment.

The RN will oversee medication administration, support training efforts, and ensure patient safety and dignity while preserving compassionate care for residents. licensure as an RN is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license in good standing.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and CNAs preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to handle high-stress situations.

• Supervise and support nursing staff including CNAs, CMTs, and Hall Monitors.
• Conduct audits, assessments, and monitor compliance with care standards.
• Assist with staff training and orientation under DON guidance.

The RN that holds this position must have the ability to be positive in all things with the ability to manage our behavioral unit successfully.
