Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking passionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our Denver team. We offer full-time and part-time roles with day and night shifts, plus a sign-on bonus and ongoing training programs.

You will provide specialized in-home care, administer medications, and document care meticulously while educating families for better outcomes. Current Colorado RN license required; home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado Registered Nurse License is required.
• Active Nursing License in good standing (required).
• Attention to Detail.
• Time Management Skills.
• Effective Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution.
• Good Organization and Effective Communication.
• Six (6) months of recent experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred).
• Home Health Experience (preferred).

• Provide specialized care: Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
• Administer medication with expertise: Take charge of administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Thorough documentation: Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records.
• Empower patients and families: Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, fostering understanding and empowerment in managing their health effectively.
