Job summary

MGA Homecare is hiring RN/LPNs for in-home nursing across Colorado. We offer full-time and part-time roles with 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts, day and night options, and a sign-on bonus. Join a team focused on compassionate, holistic care delivered in patients' homes.

As a MGA nurse, you will educate families, manage plans of care, and coordinate with physicians and other professionals to ensure quality outcomes in diverse home health settings.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing License in good standing (required).
• Six (6) months of recent nursing experience in a clinical setting (preferred).
• Home health experience (preferred).
• Attention to detail, time management, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications, treatments and therapies per plan of care.
• Document activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses and care coordination.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care techniques and prevention strategies.
