Qualifications

• Current Colorado Registered Nurse License is required.
• Active Nursing License in good standing is required.
• Six (6) months of recent experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting preferred.
• Home Health Experience preferred.
• Attention to Detail, Time Management, and Effective Communication expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care per the active plan of care.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies with precision.
• Document all nursing actions, assessments, and coordination of care.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes and self-care techniques.
• Deliver 1:1 patient care with a focus on safety and comfort.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call support and ongoing training.

Job Description

Why MGA Homecare? Competitive RN Compensation ranging from $46,800 to $105,820 annually.

Competitive LPN Compensation ranging from $37,440 to $80,080 annually.

Compensation is dependent on experience, tenure, and number of hours worked.

The bottom range indicates little to no experience, while working 30 hours per week.

The top range indicates highly skilled and experienced clinicians surpassing full-time minimum requirement of 30 hours completed weekly.
