Job summary

The role offers both full-time and part-time options, 24/7 on-call support, and ongoing online learning and simulation labs for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse License is required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Attention to detail and strong time management.
• Good organization and effective communication.
• Home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care per the plan of care to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies with precision.
• Document nursing actions, assessments, responses, and coordination of care.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care, and prevention.
