Job summary

MGA Homecare in Colorado is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team delivering in-home care to diverse patients, from infants to adults. You'll follow physician plans, administer medications, and coordinate care with families and other professionals.

We offer both full-time and part-time schedules with 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts, day and night options, and a supportive environment that emphasizes autonomy, growth, and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing License in good standing is required.
• Six months of recent experience as a nurse in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Home health experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail is important.
• Time management skills are important.
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Good organization and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Treat infants, children, adolescents, or young adults per the plan of care.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments and therapies.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses and coordination of care.
• Educate patient and family regarding disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting nursing needs.
