Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking an LPN to provide in-home nursing for infants, children, and adolescents. You will follow the physician's plan of care, administer medications, document actions, and educate families on care techniques to meet patient needs.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts, day and night options, and new grad training. Benefits begin after 30 days and include comprehensive health coverage and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Active Nursing License in good standing (required).
• Six months of recent experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred).
• Home health experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Treat infants, children, and/or adolescents per active plan of care.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses and care coordination.
• Educate patient and family on disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention.
