Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a skilled registered nurse for pediatric home visits across Northern Colorado (Fort Collins, Greeley, Loveland). Roles include both full-time and part-time schedules with per-visit or salary models, offering autonomy and flexible routing in patients’ homes.

You will administer medications and therapies, educate families, and manage a caseload while coordinating with care teams to ensure safe, comprehensive in-home nursing care.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license in good standing.
• One year+ of recent nursing experience in a clinical care setting.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• PICC/Central line experience preferred.
• Flexibility and dependability for home visits.
• Ability to educate patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Treat pediatric patients per the active plan of care.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments and therapies.
• Document assessments, nursing actions and responses.
• Educate patient and family on disease, self-care, and prevention.
• Perform wound care and feeding tube management.
• Manage caseload and coordinate with providers and families.
• Perform central line care, lab draws, and infusion education.
• Provide tracheostomy education and urinary catheter care.
