Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking novice RNs and LPNs for homecare opportunities in the Pittsfield, MA area. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem roles with paid training and opportunities to advance clinical skills in a home setting.

New graduate RNs and LPNs are welcome to apply. Training includes G-Tube, Trach, and Vent care with clinical mentorship, plus weekly pay and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN or LPN license is required.
• Health certificate per facility requirements.
• PPD or Chest X-Ray current.
• BLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interviews to identify patient needs.
• Assesses signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collects, analyzes, and documents nursing data and diagnoses.
• Provides compassionate one-on-one home care.
• Performs other nursing duties as assigned.

• Current Health Certificate (per facility requirements).
