Maxim Healthcare Services has a Novice Nurse Program in the Westfield, MA area for RNs and LPNs. The program offers paid training, one‑on‑one homecare experience, and opportunities across full-time, part-time, and per diem roles.

New graduates are encouraged to apply and trainings cover G‑Tube, Trach, Vent care, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. Starting pay is $48/hour for RN and $38/hour for LPN, with flexible scheduling and mentoring support for skill advancement in a homecare

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Current Health Certificate.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
• Assesses signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from healthcare team members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Provides compassionate one‑on‑one patient care in the home setting.
• Performs other nursing duties as assigned.
