Job summary

Campbell Street in Norwalk, IA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to oversee resident health, implement care plans, and provide expert nursing care in a compassionate team environment.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN licensure in the state of Iowa required.
• ADN degree required; BSN preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residents' health and well-being and implement care plans.
• Supervise nursing staff and provide guidance to CNAs.
• Coordinate with physicians, dietitians, social workers and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and provide timely interventions.
