Qualifications

• Current License as a Practical Nurse for Iowa.
• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
• Preferred: Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living community.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct routine care to residents under RN supervision.
• Develop and modify resident Plan of Care.
• Report changes in resident health status to RN.
• Ensure compliance with BON standards and QAPI goals.
