Campbell Street in Denison is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality, direct resident care under the supervision of an RN, supporting the plan of care and daily wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license for the state of Iowa.
• Current CPR certification and familiarity with BON standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under RN supervision.
• Assist in developing and updating the Plan of Care.
• Document care and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Communicate resident needs to the care team and families.
