Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the state.
• Current Practical Nurse license for the state where the facility is located.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update the resident Plan of Care.
• Collect and document resident health data and report changes to the RN.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with BON standards and Residents’ Rights.
• Ensure safety, HIPAA compliance, and accurate patient records.
