Job summary

Campbell Street in Denison, IA is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our care team. Reporting to the RN, you will provide direct routine nursing care and participate in developing resident Plans of Care to support quality outcomes.

You’ll monitor residents, document changes, supervise unlicensed staff as needed, and ensure safety, HIPAA compliance, and compassionate, resident-centered care in a supportive facility environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the state Board of Nursing.
• Current licensure as LPN/RN in the posting state.
• CPR certification and emergency care knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct routine nursing care under RN supervision.
• Develop and modify the Plan of Care with the RN.
• Document health data and report changes to the RN promptly.
• Supervise unlicensed staff and assign tasks as appropriate.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and a patient-centered care environment.
