Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in Iowa.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or to be obtained on hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough resident assessments and develop individualized plans.
• Monitor health conditions, document changes and inform physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders; provide wound care.
• Supervise CNAs and LPNs; train staff on protocols and quality care.
