Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services in the United States is hiring a licensed practical nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and adult patients.

The role uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care; requires an active LPN license, current TB or chest X-ray, BLS, and about one year of nursing experience.

Competitive hourly pay of $25-$27, weekly paychecks, and a comprehensive benefits package are offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• TB test or chest X-ray current.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
